Responsibilities 工作范围
l Provide end user technical support
l 提供用户端技术支持
l Provide installation and maintenance of PCs and printers
l 安装及维护电脑、打印机及有关设备
l Monitor systems operations and assist in resolution of problems, upgrades, etc.
l 监控操作系统及协助更新、解决疑难
l Monitor and manage of File Server, Notes Server and Application Server
l 监控及管理办公室服务器
l Ensure the security control and company standard policy are in place
l 保证控制办公室系统安全性及实制公司所制定守则
Requirements 工作需求
l Excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate with users from different levels
l 富沟通技巧能与不同层面用户沟通
l Strong in problem solving and troubleshooting skills
l 能掌握解決技术問題技巧
l Familiar with Active Directory and Microsoft Product such as MS Windows Server and Notes Server
l 对微软产品 (Active Directory、Windows Server 与 Notes Server)熟悉者优先
l Strong working knowledge in TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, Router and Firewall
l 对TCP/IP、LAN、VLAN、Router 与 firewall有工作經驗者优先
l Good command of English
l 良好英语水平
