职位描述

Promote Shanghai Young Bakers’ work and activities to the general public

1/ Collect/write articles and update social media and all online communication on a regular basis: SYB website, social networks Weixin, Weibo, Facebook
2/ Act as Chief Editor for the SYB monthly newsletter
3/ Be responsible for all promotional material & products (brochures, kakemonos, photos, videos…)
4/ Translate articles and posts from English to Chinese, and/or ask support from volunteers
5/ Handle all media requests and coordinate/ follow up with journalists
6/ Coordinate volunteers requests and participation
7/ Support organization of various SYB events, and help raise awareness about SYB actions

主要负责海上青焙坊的所有宣传工作，具体事项包括：
1/ 收集并撰写海上青焙坊的宣传文章，更新和维护所有的线上推广平台，包括海上青焙坊网页，微信公众号，微博以及脸书
2/ 海上青焙坊月刊的主要排版负责人
3/ 负责所有的推广材料，诸如宣传册、易拉宝、照片、视频等
4/ 翻译中英文文章，以及联系翻译志愿者
5/ 负责所有的媒体宣传，工作包括联系记者，追踪报道
6/ 联系和协调志愿者
7/ 支持海上青焙坊举办的各式活动，扩大影响力

Position requirements:
1/ Enthusiasm to work in a growing international non-profit organization, interest in social issues and learning more about NGO operations in a Chinese environment
2/ Keen to gain experience in Communication, Journalism, PR
3/ Native level in Chinese, fluent in English.
4/ Candidates eager to learn French or to improve their knowledge of French language and French culture are warmly encouraged to apply.
5/ Good communication and interpersonal skills
6/ Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
7/ Enjoy working both within a team and independently
8/ Technical knowledge and experience in design and/or in maintaining a website are not essential but would be appreciated

4/ 想要学习法语或者了解法国文化（大部分同事都是来自法国哒）

8/ 如果有设计方面相关的经验和知识，或是知道如何维护网站，就更好啦～

Internship conditions:
1/ Report to French program director
2/ Work closely with French & Chinese staff as well as volunteers from different nationalities and backgrounds
3/ Location:
Office work: Chi Heng Foundation Shanghai office (长寿路武宁路)
Outside events at SYB Baking Centre （普陀区绥德路）or other locations
4/ Transportation and phone reimbursement allowance. As a charity project with limited resources, SYB is unfortunately unable to provide further financial compensation.

实习实况：
1/ 主要负责主管为海上青焙坊项目主管
2/ 会和来自全世界各地的志愿者和实习生一起工作
3/ 办公地址：a) 智行基金会上海办事处 b)普陀区绥德路 或根据活动举办变更地址
4/ 作为一个慈善项目，海上青焙坊不能提供实习工资，只提供交通和电话费补贴。
