Objectives:
Responsible for campus hiring for campus recruitment team, focusing on employer branding in campus recruitment and enhance value-based culture through an innovative and collaborative execution of campus strategy for BASF Greater China.

Main Task:

·  Enhance employer branding in the universities, and throughout the overall recruitment process.

·  Develop job advertisement for different social media platforms, including drafting, posting and promotion.

·  Support 2017 campus talk events, by developing presentations, editing videos, coordinating with university ambassadors & vendors for promotion materials.

·  Monitor online campus talk events, answer questions and implement promotion plan.

·  Take part in 2018 graduates recruitment process, organize job boards promotion, coordinate group interview event etc.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor or above, major in Communication, Marketing, Advertisement, Event Management or Human Resources and with related internship experience is preferred.

·  Good communication skills and pro-active.

·  Good command of English, written and orally.

·  Quick learner and can independently fulfill tasks.
