Responsibilities:

ž   Assist to prepare samples and loan forms for shooting request from press/stylists and arrange the delivery.

ž   Keep updating the sample status and maintain the sample room well-organized and tidy.

ž   Assist to prepare the sample list and update the lists periodically.

ž   Follow up with the shooting status and update with clipping house for coverage monitor.

ž   Coordinate with store managers, remind and help the stores to update the tracker, combine and deliver on weekly base.

ž   Update inventory list, work with logistic team and local vendor to arrange the marketing material for events.

ž   Support with making related report as requested.

ž   Other tasks assigned by the Marketing team.

 You are:

-Photoshop

-Detail oriented and patient

-Good time management skill

-Proactive, energetic and self-motivated

-Good command of English

-At least 3 days per week. Monday is a must
