工作内容
– 协助HR经理推进公司人才管理项目的实施
– 支持春秋季校园活动,参与校招计划制定、海报和宣传物料设计、校园宣讲/招聘会等
– 支持员工招聘工作,包括职位分析、简历收集和筛选,面试评估,Offer,员工入职和试用期管理
– 更新人才库信息,制作招聘数据分析报告
– 其他HR相关工作
职位要求
– 一周实习4天及以上
– 本科及以上学历,人力资源、生物医药等专业优先
– 学习能力强,善于沟通和协调,有HR相关实习经验者优先
– 积极主动,有责任心,能承受一定的工作强度和压力
– 良好的英语读写能力
HR Intern-Transferred to Permanent HC after Graduation
Responsibilities
– Support HR Manager in talent management programs
– Participate in university programs, including planning, designing and campus talk etc.
– Support HR Manager in recruiting activities including job analysis, CV collection/sourcing/screen, interview assessment, offering, on-boarding and probation management.
– Updating candidate pool and generating recruiting reports
– Other HR tasks as required
Qualifications
– Work 4 days per week
– Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource, Pharma, Life Science or Clinical Medicine is preferred
– Quick learner, good communication skill
– Previous internship experience in HR is preferred
– Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure
– Good English skill in reading and writing
