职位诱惑长期客服实习生
岗位职责:
1.日常咨询/邮件/订单等相关事宜的及时处理;
2.日常客户投诉和订单反馈的关信息,解决客户在网站购物中遇到的各类问题;
4.整理日常工作中出现的投诉和其他问题,提高自身服务水平,协助部门经理完善客服处理细则;
5.对日常问题的记录整理,为其它部门工作提供及时协调处理;
3.通过各种渠道熟悉公司产品和服务的相分析和改善的相关数据。
任职要求:
1.在校学生,英文听说读写流畅;
2.善于洞察客户需求,对客户进行沟通引导,能独立思考并处理客户投诉问题,提供客户所需要信息;
3.具备优秀的沟通能力、快速学习能力,团队合作精神佳。

1.Handle inbound calls and capture customer information;
2.Make regular customer contact, handling inquiries and complaints;
3.Provide an industry-leading service to customers and are always learning and sharing to strengthen the team;
4.Help refine and improve internal processes.
Requirements:
1.University degree or above;
2.Fluent English/ Japanese/Chinese/French/German/Other European speaking ;
3.Customer service sense;
4.Positive attitude, clear thinking, able to handle complaints independently;
5.Excellent written and spoken communication;
6.Quick learner and team player.
