MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Retailer Agreements,LOLs,Relocations and Supplements' stamp(NSC and JV),which requires going back and forth between Hongqiao and MAT office

2. Maintaining of Retailer network system, including creat new Dealer code and update the overdue infomations, which requires communication with retailers and the finance team

3.VDM management(stamp,delivering,checking and tracking)and communication with retailers and finance team about the details stuff

4. Payment process management(MIGO process)

5. Translation and make of simple daily document

Major: NO
Degree: Bachelor/Master prefer 大三
Language: CET6 or above
Skills: Good Communication skill and basic Microsoft skills (PPT Excel)
