Key Responsibilities:
(A) Collect / consolidate / analyze the related data from SG China Entities (as well as outside sources) for building and following-up the Delegation monthly reporting:
- Raw Materials
- Energies
- Transport
- Etc.
(B) Handle general affairs and provide general assistance to the team of SG China Delegation Purchasing Department
- Purchasing website update & maintenance
- General assistance to the team and related visitors: translation / interpreter, trip schedule, meeting or training preparation / organization, hotel & tickets booking, external guests’ reception etc.
Qualification :
* Typical Education Level 教育背景:
- Bachelor degree or above.
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能:
- Relevant experience in an international company (secretary / assistance, sourcing/purchasing, or sales/marketing).
- Excellent English (oral and written), French is a plus (in particular written).
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).

- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Team work spirit.
