In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the Team Assistant position, to work together with whole team to reach these ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for assisting Sales team in updating formal documents: quotations, contracts, itineraries, custom menus, handover documents

·         Responsible for the communication between Sales team and Reservations team for tour booking

·         Responsible for the assign all SEM and Callin enquiry to sales term and community team.

·         Responsible for answer enquiry calls and qualify their enquiries and route calls and emails to the appropriate sales teams

·         Connect with brokers to ensure enquiries have been followed up appropriately

·         Enter new member information into the system and update existing member data where required.

·         Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

·         Basic verification and correction of online information

·         Basic marketing activities

·         Responsible for the communication between the Sales team and Marketing team for maintenance of information on all Sales Tools (brochures, iPad, website, etc)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above.

• Be fully fluent in Chinese and English and writes well. 

• Outstanding Verbal Communication skills
