Position Summary/Mission

Handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence. Customer inquiries are of basic and routine nature. 通过电话，互联网或书面信件处理客户服务查询和问题。

Be responsible for 400 hotline, providing professional services for inquiries, receiving suggestion / advice / claim from customers, and make proper records;   负责400条热线电话，提供专业的咨询服务，收到客户的建议/建议/要求，妥善记录;

To coordinate and follow up checking and making health checkup reservations for customers; 协调和跟踪检查并为客户进行健康检查预订;

To collect information/feedback from customer and the market, as well as provide constructive advise and suggestion for improving customer service procedures and standard;  从客户和市场收集信息/反馈意见，并提出建议性意见和建议，以改善客户服务程序和标准;

To monitor the projects’  implementation status and prepare periodical  reports and data analysis to help sales take action to raise the participation rate. 监督项目实施情况，编制定期报告和数据分析，帮助销售行动提高参与率。

Handle complaint cases and coordinate with internal team and vendors to deal with complaint cases well; 处理投诉案件，协调内部团队和厂商妥善处理投诉案件;
