Responsibilities:

AP Function:

1. Be responsible for payment request registration;

2. Be responsible for payment request filing and get documentation prepared for weekly payment run;

3. Be responsible for input VAT declaration and filing for month end closing;

AR Function:

1. Be responsible for VAT invoice issuance and delivery to customers;

Others:

1. Be responsible for documentation preparation for reconciliation statement;

2. Ad hoc tasks assigned; 

Requirements:

Education Level: College student in Accounting and/ or Finance disciplines

Skills: MS office applications

 Language: Well spoken and written Chinese & English

 Other: Good interpersonal skill, team player
