RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide interpretation and translation
2. To support on client events arrangement
3. To assist the line manager with the appropriate skills to ensure coordination in view to efficiently managed administration.
4. To provide the highest level of assistance in achieving an efficient and effective management of assigned tasks.
5. Under the guidance and instruction of your line manager, to be responsible for the administrative support as required.
6. Responsible to deliver requested tasks within reasonable time-frames and to act as communication interface with supporting departments and field operators.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree and above, major in Hotel Administration, or English is preferred;
Fluent English communication
good fresh graduates are preferred
Overseas study background is preferred
I.T & computer literate, Power Point.
