Job Deacription:

1. Assist on overview project processing, work closely with Agent & Internal Team to make sure project on time delivery.

2. Work closely with Agent to follow up Materials Sourcing, Purchasing and Deliveries, and relevant materials preparation for Recruitment, Training and Café House Opening.

3. Work closely with Internal team (Brand MKT, Sales, Training) and Cross Functions (Legal, Purchasing, Finance, Controller & IT), to understan internal control & process, detect the obstacles during the processing.

4. Responsible for relevant materials design and production.

5. Actively support Project Manager with administrative duties.
