Junior Business Manager

(Internship/Full-time, Beijing/Shanghai)

You will join our business development team located in Shanghai  and work in direct collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders of our worldwide subsidiaries. Your working environment would be very international and have the chance to approach different industries in China. As a true "entrepreneur", you assume all the responsibilities of this position:

1. Definition of the development strategy and services offered

2. Development of trade relations with partners, major multinational accounts

3. Recruitment and management of consultant teams: engineering graduates and business graduates

4. Monitoring of projects and teams

Your profile

1. You’re a student with a bachelor’s degree  or a master's degree (will be a plus) from either a Business School or Engineering School and willing to evolve into a business role. Ideally you have had a first experience in a similar environment to ours

2. You speak fluent English and Chinese. A second European language is considered a plus (French, Spanish, German).

3. Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, leadership, ability to identify talent and to develop capacities to adapt to local economy: these advantages will help you join our fast growing structure.

4. Coached by a manager of the group Amaris, you will receive throughout your integration process training, individual support on all aspects of the business (marketing, recruitment, management, financial management, communication, etc.).
