职位描述：

Position: Business Development – Intern

Support for managing businesses development, advising on and implementing business strategy with goal of achieving annual sales target, looking for opportunities to grow revenues and margins.

Reports to: Innovation & Business Development Director  Location: Shanghai or Beijing

Responsibilities:

•Identify potential client prospects and key growth opportunities

•Support for development of new clients in China and APAC to fulfill and deliver assigned sales target

•Support to prepare service proposals that work within corporate pricing and profitability guidelines

•Execute follow-up on leads generated to secure meetings for senior BD and management team at KMCIC

•Assist project payment tracing if necessary

•Perform other job-related duties as required

Requirements:

•Understanding and interest in marketing, sales, market research, social media, or IT industries

•Strong business ethics and integrity

•Breadth of knowledge across, ideally 2 or more key industry verticals e.g. FMCG, Beauty, Lifestyle, Off-line Channels, and strong understanding of Market research techniques and product

•Strong communication skills verbal and written to support marketing and sales efforts within business development

•Ability to write clear internal briefs that articulate the client’s key needs

•Engaging oral/written communication skills required

•A self-starter able to go after client opportunities tenacious

•Superior Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

•Fluent in English and Chinese
