Job Description of
Education and Experience
· At least have one year working experience, in English, Communication, Journalism,
Marketing, Advertising, Business or other related fields.
· Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Excellent written and oral English skills.
· Well organized data analysis and reporting skills & video production.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
· Assist with the planning of CSR activities, drafting of relevant emails or documents,
and execution and management of these activities.
· Assist with the firm-wide event, including but not limited to town hall, annual
meeting, leadership meeting, employee activities and team building;
· Perform general secretarial duties by document handling and time arrangement;
· Logistic arrangement for external visitors: car arrangement and hotel booking;
· Administrative work flow within Admin domain and other related department.
