Job Responsibilities

·         Screening good resumes from variety channels base on the job requirement.根据职位需求从各种渠道筛选合适的候选人简历。

·         Assist the consultant to collect and sort the information of the qualified candidates. 协助顾问进行相关侯选人资料的收集、分类、整理。

·         Establish the talent database with the information of the clients and candidates, be in charge the regular maintenance. 汇总和归类客户、候选人的信息，建立行业人才数据库，整理与归档文件并定期维护。

Job Requirements

·         Full time undergraduate students. 统招全日制本科，在校生。

·         Good working attitude, strong compression ability and punctuality. 工作态度严谨，抗压能力强，守时。

·         Positive personality, good communication skills and be effective. 性格开朗，善于沟通，语言表达能力强个性积极主动，行动力强。

·         Good English skills英语良好。

·         3 days per week working schedule. 能够保证每周至少3天的实习时间。

·         Excellent interns could be accepted as full time employees. 优秀实习生有留用机会。
