Responsibility:

-Import document support, document preparation assistance;

-Distribution tasks support, logistic complain collection;

-Warehouse project support, helping department manager to work on relevant project documents;

-Checking payments and bank receipt for customer orders and distribute to other MD;

-Work as temporary MD for backing up their jobs during peak season and absence.

Requirement:

Detail-oriented, careful, self-motivated;

Junior and First-year or Second-year postgraduate students preferred;

Could work for long period, at least three days per week, half of the year.
