1.Assist to deal with the daily IT help desk task.
2.Responsible for computer system and software installment and adjustment.
3.Help the senior IT Engineer to manage and maintain the Office Networking facility, Printer, PBX and etc.
4.Help the senior IT Engineer to manage the server backup status
5.Trouble shooting & provide the solution for both computer hardware and software issue.
6.Other requests assigned by the IT manager.
7.Some other document jobs;

1.College degree or above, majored in Computer Science or Information Technology
2.Familiar with windows platform.
3.Basic understanding for installment, adjustment and trouble shooting for both software and hardware
4.English capable with CET-4
5.Guarantee a three months Intern period or above
6.System Developing Experience will be a plus
