市场助理（实习）

Archibat HR Asia 作为国际性的招聘公司，为客户提供创意及商务支持领域的人才招聘方案。我们现正在为公司在上海的办公室寻找一名市场助理(实习)。

工作地点：上海人民广场附近，紧邻1 号、2 号、8 号地铁线。

主要职责 :

1. 搜集潜在客户的信息，更新相关信息数据库

2. 多种方式联系潜在客户

3. 管理微信公众号平台，定期编辑和发布推文，收集分析相关数据

4. 协助市场经理处理各种相关市场营销业务

5. 其他行政工作

背景要求 :

1. 中英文流利，懂法语者或有曾在法资公司的工作经验尤佳

2. 有海外留学背景尤佳（但不是必须）

3. 大三升大四者优先

4. 9月开学后能保证一周4天的工作时间

5. 实习期表现优秀有转正留用机会

职业技能 :

1. 工作积极性高，勤奋好学

2. 良好的组织能力，能够同时处理多种任务

3. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力

Marketing Assistant (intern)

Archibat HR Asia is an International recruitment company specialized in creative and business support professions. We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant (intern) in order to integrate our team in Shanghai’s office.

Location: Shanghai, near People’s Square, very close to metro line 1, line 2

and line 8

Missions:

1. Collect information of potential new clients, update database with relevant information

2. Approach prospects through different channels

3. Manage WeChat public platform, edit and publish WeChat news regularly,

Collect backstage data from WeChat

4. Help marketing manager in various marketing tasks

5. Other administration work may be assigned by managers

Profile:

1. Fluency in Chinese and English mandatory, knowledge of French is a real

plus or previous experience in French company appreciated

2. Overseas education is appreciated but not a must

3. Prefer junior student, who will be senior graduate in this September

4. Guarantee at least 4 working days per week after September 

5. Opportunity to transfer to permanent staff based on good performance
