职责：

l  协助客户经理进行候选人管理、执行招聘流程、向候选人及客户持续提供高质量服务。Support account manager to manage candidates, execute recruitment process, continuously provide candidates and clients with high quality services.

l  维护及加强候选人与相关客户的日常关系。Deepen relationship with clients and candidates.

l  乐于进取、能与团队共同成长。Align with Allegis culture, develop yourself and along with team.

要求：

l  本科学历及以上、有良好的中英文沟通能力。 Bachelor degree or above with good command of English and Mandarin.

l  具备良好的沟通能力和销售特质。Good communication skills, sales attitude with winning spirits.

l  结果导向、有承诺、有责任心、抗压能力强。Results-oriented, highly responsible and committed, able to work under stress.
