Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Digital (WDPR Digital), a digital media arm of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, makes dreams come true.  Through our award-winning websites and mobile applications, we provide a digital portal to such magical travel destinations as Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida, Disneyland® Resort in California and Hong Kong Disneyland®.  At WDPRO, we also work closely with our brand partners to design and create websites for Disney Cruise Line®, Adventures by Disney® and Disney Vacation Club®.
 
In order to provide exceptional creative content for our Guests online, we seek high-caliber talent to be part of our creative, technology and management teams.  We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic student to join our team as Digital Business interns. You'll be part of a diverse culture of learning, teaching and mentorship. Our interns have the opportunity to be part of real world business scenarios. Their skills are sharpened as full members of a project team and they are assigned projects based on their skillsets.

Responsibilities

• Support research and analysis activities for product creation cycles.

• Support in product launch activities such as user acceptance test (UAT), business launch readiness activities according to pre-defined criteria

• Work closely with the Product Managers, Project Managers and the rest of the digital  team, to continually improve the processes and the product quality.

• Work collaboratively or in isolation as the situation demands.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree program in e-Commerce/e-Business, Computer Science or Information Sciences

• Good understanding and high level of interest in digital product and business

• Interns must be legally authorized to work in mainland China. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

• Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement

• A strong record of team, project and/or people leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities

• The ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

• Good understanding of latest digital technology is a definite plus

• An aptitude for problem solving; strong writing and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English

• A strong commitment to excellence and to personal and professional growth

• Must be resourceful, responsible, tenacious, curious, independent, confident and high energy
