飞利浦招HR Intern (Talent Acquisition Operations)

薪资：14/h（bachelor）,18/h(master)  12/天餐补

工作地址：徐汇区田林路888弄飞利浦创新科技园区（地铁9号线合川路站）

Responsibilities:

- Interview arrangement including telephone interview, face to face interview, video conference interview and multiple time zone interview

- Assist candidates for their travel arrangement if needed

- HR report updating and tracking

- On-boarding preparation and team meeting coordination by request

- HR project coordination based on requirements

- Other Administration work assigned by team

Requirements:

-Strong interesting in Human Resource

-Good English (both written and oral) and MS Office skills, especially the knowledge of Outlook

-Work at least 3-4 days per week, over 3 months

-Related experience in multinational company is a plus
