Technical Support Specialist --Intern
Key Responsibilities:
· Upload HSC service cases to complaint system.
· Maintain updated curriculum database and HSC service training records in the web site.
· Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session. Calculate HSC engineers’ competence after training.
· Maintain Technical Support Team Website and upload Technical Service Bulletins and Complaint data.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
· Willing to learn new knowledge and skills in work.
· MS Office proficiency.
· Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills in both English and Chinese.
· BS degree in English, Education, Training, or related field is preferred.
