Overview
The KPMG Delivery Centre (KDC) Foshan is a captive shared service centre which employs a cost-effective, efficient approach to the delivery of front- and back-office support services within KPMG China.
The KDC Shanghai Branch is the branch office of KDC, providing support services to KPMG Shanghai Office. The main service line to support is Management Consulting.
Responsibilities
• Perform remediation and renewal reviews of client’s portfolios due diligence.
• Engage and communicate directly with customers of clients to obtain specific information.
• Understand information and documentation requirements for corporate structures and the ability to use or quote evidence reference material.
• Provide timely review and follow up actions on referrals or queries.
• Make decisions and able to determine needs for escalation.
• Use strong attention to detail and accuracy to manage caseload throughout end to end process in timely manner.
• Cultivate different angle of view in compliance / anti-money laundering (AML) / client on-boarding / legal advisory / risk management.
Basic Requirements
• Fluent writing and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Highly motivated to deliver results to the right standards and targets
• A good team player with the ability to deliver efficient working outcomes and overcome challenges even under pressure
• No working experience is required. General understanding and interest in banking industry, company registration and structure in China is a plus
