The Job Responsibilities
1. Location: Shanghai
2. Reporting to: Partner/Consultant
3. Direct report(s): Nil
4. Function(s):
1) Off – Assignment
• Provide industry research and update candidates’ database to efficient data mining
• Help consultants maintain knowledge bank
2) On - Assignment
• Help consultants define position specifications and frame the task plan
• Work closely with supervisor to work out the target company list and search list, via research and screening in the company’s data bank, and via making cold calls to possible candidates as well as
through any other possible channels within specified time limits for assigned project;
• Give initial position briefings to potential candidates, get updated resumes and conduct phone screenings;
• Develop shortlist of candidates for consultants to interview
• Draft search proposals and candidate reports using company standard formats;
• Provide administrative support to Consultants and other colleagues in making interview and other
necessary arrangements during the search process;
• Complete all assignment related paperwork and filing required by the company, such as research summary for clients etc.;
• Work as a contributing team member, offering help and sharing information whenever needed;
• Strictly abide by all company policies and procedures and maintain a professional work conduct;
• Carry out other tasks required by the company on an ad-hoc basis.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1. Nationality: Flexible
2. Education: Bachelor or Master Degree
3. Languages: Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Second foreign language skill will be a plus (such as German, Japanese, etc).
4. Age: 20 - 25 years old
5. Experience: Previous business experience will be a plus
