Position Responsibilities:
为人力资源业务伙伴团队预订会议室并安排各类会议Book meeting room and schedule meetings for the BP team
信息收集及数据整合Consolidate Data and collect information
维护日常报告Maintain regular reports
支持文件准备工作及复印打印工作Support notification letter preparation and documents printing
支持日常文件翻译工作Support translation work
如有需要,支持额外团队工作Any additional task support in HRBP team
Required Qualifications:
本科学历或以上(人力资源专业优先)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in (more of HR Focus).
能在英文工作环境中熟练操作电脑Demonstrated computer proficiency within an English Version Windows environment.
Excel和PPT技能熟练Good skill in Excel and PPT
注重细节,有较好的人际交往能力及优秀的组织能力Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
能在快节奏工作环境下同时处理多线任务Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
保密性高,团队合作能力强Good team player with high degree of confidentiality
优秀的口头表达及书面写作能力Excellent written and verbal communication skills
中英文熟练Fluent in both Mandarin and English
