Marketing Intern
Key Responsibilities: 
• Working as team's assistant for daily logistics 
• Documentation, database compiling, answering calls, processing payment 
• Maintain project files, including, production schedules, copies and completed samples 
• Monitor and update the internal and external website, support on e-marketing activities 
• Call local and international media to maintain relationships 
• Support client events and liaise outside suppliers, including writers, design firms, printers, mailing houses and production companies 
• Proofread and translation work 
• Assist with other marketing projects as needed 


Skills Needed: 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Chinese) 
• Highly-skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
• Attention to detail 
• Team player with ability to work independently 
• Highly motivated for a career in marketing 
• Previous internship with marketing is preferred
