Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing market research, presentation and other paperwork

• Support the financial analysis and modeling for transactions

• Support the work in the deal negotiation and follow up actions

• Other ad-hoc tasks

  
  

  Qualifications:

• Majoring in Financing/Statistics/Real Estate/Investment, graduation in 2018

• Good writing and communications skills (both Mandarin and English)

• Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and Power point

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills

• A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
