Position Summary:

The Marketing Intern will provide the support to the Trade Marketing team in China.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.      Provide administrative support to the team on daily basis.

2.      Get constant connection to Image Library & Marketing toolbox website to download all latest marketing assets, upload China work piece.

3.      Manage marketing assets in public folders as well as in the office space and warehouse

4.      Raise PO and manage contracts with all vendors.

5.      Manage production house to ensure the production and delivery of marketing materials

6.      Performs other duties as assigned. This position description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position. Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor degree or above

Base Qualifications Reference：

1.      Can work at least 6 months

2.      At least 4 days per week

3.      Honest with good integrity.

4.      Quick learner with excellent interpersonal communication skills and self-motivation to deal with multiple tasks.

5.      Good grasp of English and computer skills as Microsoft ppt，excel，word.

6.      Familiar with finance knowledge&marketing projects is preferred.
