Responsibility:
- Responsible for data key in and maintenance in various HR systems, update the data aligning with the certain timeline with high accuracy rate,
- Responsible for daily on/off boarding admin tasks. Send out on boarding notification EmailEmail (workflow) to related Dept, prepare on board package and assist employee off boarding process.
- Collect on boarding materials, fill in the checklist after getting all of the required documents,documents, and then pass them to Data Checker person to keep in the P file.
- Documents preparation, i.e, Labor Contract for the new hire, communication letters for employee movement and other documents.
- HR Administrator for Leave System
- Backfill role for HRIS, i.e HC report and other daily tasks, during the SAP Project period.
- Possible to be assigned to HRIS related projects on ad-hoc basis.
Other admin tasks in HRIS area.
Requirements:
- Very strong sense of responsibility.
- Detail-orientation, keep data with high accuracy rate.
- Result-orientation, able to deliver high quality result during repeatable daily work.
- Customer orientation, be positive and responsive to customer needs.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Good oral and written English skill.
