What are your responsibilities?
1. To gather the materials of new customers, save and new-build them via MDM system.
2. To place on file FCPA documents and customer original contracts.
3. To archive daily contracts via CLM system and 3rd party storage.
4. To reconcile commission files and keep relevant records.
5. To assist CSR to deal with daily orders through SAP system.
6. Ad hoc tasks arranged by CSR team.

What do you need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor or above undergraduate student.
2. Above average English communication skill.
3. Be able to work at least 3 days and week for 6 months.
4. Positive working attitude, good patient and detail focus.
