LEGO China Marketing organization focuses on building both franchise leadership and center of excellence. The goal of digital marketing team in China is to build up LEGO China digital eco-system by creating a closed loop experience for our targets in social, search, content and e-commerce channels.

The job goal:

As a digital marketing intern, you will work closely with senior digital marketing manager and mainly support the staff in digital marketing team on daily operations and executions. You will work in a supportive role and take on the challenges such as urgent requirements and quick response, multi-tasks, basic communication with internal and external agencies.

You will learn a lot of knowledge about digital marketing, esp. content marketing. Your ability to overcome challenges and gain a deeper understanding of the consumer as well as digital marketing will be significantly improved. In return, you will play your part at one of the world’s best-loved brands.

Key Responsibilities are:

• Facilitate the setup of operation process on content mapping, such as organizing meetings, making process description, preparing documents, writing meeting minutes, etc.

• Digital data monitoring, collation and analysis.

• Organize the weekly check-in meeting and take meeting minutes.

• Support content collection and collation, and set up the content pool and maintain its operation together with internal agency.

• Assist in the preparation and management of partnership projects (e.g. raising purchase order, contract process, payment process and daily updates etc.).

• Support ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as needed (communication, events, online campaigns etc.).

   

We’re looking for a team player who has:

• Bachelor degree with major in Business, Marketing or Sales would be a plus.

• Can work 5 days a week during the summer holiday and at least 3 days a week after semester, willing to work 6 months.

• Open-minded and proactive with logic thinking, and eager to learn with energy.

• Willing to collaborate with cross-function team, internal and external.

• Have strong accountability, good communication skill and time management.

• Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of computer software.

• Similar internship experience is preferred.
