LEGO China Marketing organization focuses on building both franchise leadership and center of excellence. The goal of digital marketing team in China is to build up LEGO China digital eco-system by creating a closed loop experience for our targets in social, search, content and e-commerce channels.
The job goal:
As a digital marketing intern, you will work closely with senior digital marketing manager and mainly support the staff in digital marketing team on daily operations and executions. You will work in a supportive role and take on the challenges such as urgent requirements and quick response, multi-tasks, basic communication with internal and external agencies.
You will learn a lot of knowledge about digital marketing, esp. content marketing. Your ability to overcome challenges and gain a deeper understanding of the consumer as well as digital marketing will be significantly improved. In return, you will play your part at one of the world’s best-loved brands.
Key Responsibilities are:
Facilitate the setup of operation process on content mapping, such as organizing meetings, making process description, preparing documents, writing meeting minutes, etc.
Digital data monitoring, collation and analysis.
Organize the weekly check-in meeting and take meeting minutes.
Support content collection and collation, and set up the content pool and maintain its operation together with internal agency.
Assist in the preparation and management of partnership projects (e.g. raising purchase order, contract process, payment process and daily updates etc.).
Support ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as needed (communication, events, online campaigns etc.).
We’re looking for a team player who has:
Bachelor degree with major in Business, Marketing or Sales would be a plus.
Can work 5 days a week during the summer holiday and at least 3 days a week after semester, willing to work 6 months.
Open-minded and proactive with logic thinking, and eager to learn with energy.
Willing to collaborate with cross-function team, internal and external.
Have strong accountability, good communication skill and time management.
Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of computer software.
Similar internship experience is preferred.
