JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support on all new hire cast member’s onboarding
· Onboarding Documents preparation
· Personal File filing
. Welcome Gifts preparation
2. Support on Relocation Related issues
· Communicate with foreiner employee
· Arrange foreigner employee schedule when they first arrive in China
3. Support on HR Project and Event Related
. Translation on some job aid and internal communication documents
. Testing on some new launched/on-going system
4. Support on payment with external vendor
. Set up new vendor with sourcing/finance department.
. Raising PO and invoice checking & submission.
. Volunteer support on some events
5. Working with Legal department on some documents chopping
. Employment Certification
. Working Permit/Residence Permit application for Local Hire Foreigner
6. Basic admin support for the team
. Internal Meeting Minutes
. HR Information Line organization
. Stationary purchase
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Self-disciplined
2. Organized and strong following up
3. Quick learner
4. Good attitude, supportive, cooperative and communicative
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Good English skills& communication skills
2. At least 3 days/week; in the third year of university is perferred 大三优先考虑
