Position Summary:
Support to execute website daily operation plan.
Assist to coordinate with related team’s stakeholder and implement promotion/brand/product contents update on PC and mobile website.
Analyze and report in e-commerce business
Monitor and research web user behavior, support to improve user experience and conversion rate through collect feedback from consumers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute website daily operation including product display, promotion tag editing and update, news and announcement release, etc. Ensure the correctness of website information.
Follow up the web orders convert to full payment bookings through outbound phone call or short message.
Communicate with product, branding, PR, Media, creative teams, ensure the materials or elements provided by related team with schedule time and adapted to website in efficient way.
Assis to upgrade web user Interface and contents, insure seamless user experience from intention to action, and eventually improve sales conversion rate.
Monitor and benchmark innovative acquisition tactics developed by competitors’ website and online travel agency.
Responsible for website consumer survey and participate in working out UED improvement plan.
Responsible for e-commerce data exporting and reporting by dialing, weekly and monthly.

Key skills & experience required
Knowledge and experience with Consumer shopping process and experience online.
Be familiar with online travel media or OTA business.
· Ability to collaborate with teams across a variety of functions.
· Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
Good Written English, at least CET 4.
