Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers to place order details in SFDC

• Support Sales team, work with CSR team to make order process smooth

• Help the team to conduct order status tracking

• Manage goods return and exchange process

• Follow up complaint process and help to confirm credit from factory

• Manage consignment process

• Participant dealer inventory management/ dealer portal management

• Routine operation job including

  1)Product information enquiry, including stock quantity, serial number and expiration date and etc.

  2)Feedback of shipment information, follow up daily cold chain complaints

• Other sales operation related process build up and follow up

• Ad hoc requests

   

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be a self-starter

• Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential

• Troubleshooting and problem resolution

• Good in MS Excel, Word,

• Excellent verbal and written English is plus

    •Bachelor degree required and/or equivalent experience
