Job Responsibilities:

l Assisting our consultant to conduct industrial or market information research including cold calls and mapping

l Conduct warm call/cold call/phone interviews and maintain good and long-term relationships with qualified candidates

l Support the team’s interview and assessment arrangement, and feedback tracking

l Maintain and update all the related information about candidates into online system

Basic HR Work

l Daily interview arrangements

l Internal hiring support

l Support on the Campus Recruitment

l Talent Database maintain

You’re required:

l Junior/Senior college student, can work at least 3-4 days per week

l Enthusiasm, enthusiasm, enthusiasm for the headhunting industry

l Hard-working, result-driven, ambitious and collaborative

l Good at data acquisition and data analysis, sensitive to data

l Strong interpersonal and communication skills with logical thinking

l A bachelor's degree holder or equivalent

l Excellent command of both written and spoken English
