1Responsibilities

·         Be responsible for recruitment events’ preparation and set-up

·         Coordinate with vendors on marketing collaterals’ production

·         Deliver direct mail to valuable candidates including brochures, postcards, etc.

·         Contributing to team coaching and development

Qualifications

·         Decent level of English (Verbal and Comprehension)

·         Exceptional listening and communication skills 

·         Passionate in events and marketing

·         Self-motivated and results-driven

·         Be able to work under pressure and multi-tasking

·         Willingness to learn and open to feedback

Additional Information

·                     Entry level role

·                     Working hours: Mon. to Fri. – 10:00am to 7:00pm & occasional Saturdays for events but can compensate overtime hours
