职位描述

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Arrange conference call schedule with onboard hotel management, assist meeting agenda and invitation preparation.

Arrange inter department meeting appointment, assist meeting agenda and invitation preparation as well as meeting minutes record.

Admin assist of weekly report of Hotel Operations, Madellia analysis and other data filing.

Coordinate with Reception admin for all aspects of travelling arrangement, including visa application.

Coordinate with Call Center and Trade Services about ship visit FVR and ECCR application.

Admin assist of presentations, excel documents and correspondence in a timely and accurately manner.




Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree (Grade 2/3),

Fluent English, Proficient in Excel & PPT Microsoft Office software.
