主要职责:
Support New Hire's Day 1 process;
Prepare Labor Contract, Intern agreement & onboarding documents;
Support employees’ Background Check;
Be responsible for Pre-onboarding Process and Hotline Consultation;
Support Employee Relationship Activities;
Support HR reporting;
Other tasks assigned by the HR supervisor.

准备劳动合同、实习协议及入职相关材料
负责员工背景调查事宜
负责新员工入职前流程及相关热线答疑;
支持员工活动
完成人事报表
其他上级布置的工作
要求:
Majorin Human Resources, Administration, English or the related field;
Fluent verbaland written English ;
Excellentskills in MS office
Outgoingpersonalities with a strong customer service spirit/strong willingness to servefor others;
Good atteamwork cooperation;
Can workat least 3 days a week
