Responsibilities

-Analyze user data to optimize product operation and improve the user experience

-Develop short-term and long-term product operation plan and report to line manager regularly

-Conduct market research, competitive product analysis, localization elements integration and provide valuable opinion in strategical prospect

-Some positions will be required to discuss with development team/third party team about version update and operation details to ensure on time project releas

Requirements

-Candidates with Bachelor or Master of Science degree and oversea study experience are preferred.

-Fluent Chinese/English speaking, listening, reading and writing;。

-Great passion for online game and deep understanding of game industry is preferred.

-Soft skills: Written and verbal communication, teamwork, work well under stress

-Strong teamwork spirit
