Position: Burberry Creative Media&Marketing Project Management Intern

Job Purpose:
Burberry Creative Media&Marketing PM team is looking for an intern to join our group. This role is to support the APAC CMD(creative media design) PM in the management of ongoing projects and facilitate the designers on daily work.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Support project managers on the meetings/logistics facilitation;
2. Coordination with designers regarding the assets checking; etc: some manual spot checking, quality checking; 
3. Documentations maintenance: Assets and guideline management, contract, approval request, version control;
4. UX/designer’s basic support: simple cropping if needed.

Qualifications:

Must have
1. Enthusiasm of working on the fashion/luxury industry;
2. Practice English and knowledge of Microsoft office is mandatory;
3. Problem solving skill;
4. Multi tasking and prioritization;
5. Interpersonal communication;
6. Positive attitude;
7. Coachable;

Nice to have
1. Some basic knowledge on Photoshop, art design is a big plus.
2. Internship experience at international brands is a plus.
