Position Summary:

Work as a member of the Ingersoll Rand Engineering & Technology Center to develop residential vspd products. Mainly will support on Big Foot project and focus on algorithm and evaluation test and data summary.

Major responsibilities:

1. Support test data summary for Big Foot project variable speed units’ algorithm and evaluation and high lift tests

2. Support tracking Big Foot project variable speed products’ algorithm and evaluation testing and troubleshooting when needed

Education/Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in refrigeration engineering

2. Student (M.S.) majored in HVAC related is preferred

Key Competencies:

1. University student who can work at least 3 days in a week

2. Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese is a must, good skills in both spoken & written English

3. Good communication and team work skills, and positive initiative steadfast is earnest to the work

4. Capability to learn fast

5. Familiarity with PC based Windows programs (Excel, Word, Access, etc)

6. Knowledge on refrigerant system design and experienced in HVAC products’ testing
