Major Responsibilities:

1. Support the Sales Director, Sales Manager in their daily tasks. 

2. Assist to fulfill the general office Administration 

3. Deal with some invoice handing work. 

4. Coordinate with sales team and keep every sales orders in clear file as well as relevant technical info in well order; 

5. Sales order delivery arrangement including the recording / packing / shipping etc. 

6. Assist sales in assistance in general office work and reception. 

7.Help local customer to make demo license and manage the demo resource.

8. Keep close contact with sales team, like documentation request, payment, bid document and delivery issues etc 

主要职责：

1、帮助销售管理日常事务

2、协助执行办事处行政工作

3、处理收发货产品和单据

4、协同销售团队和技术支持进行日常订单管理

5、销售订单跟踪管理包括记录、装箱、运输管理

6、帮助销售总部进行日常办公和展会接待

7、帮助本地客户制作试用许可，管理使用产品资源

8、协作销售团队销售相关事务，如文件、付款、标书制作、发货跟踪等相关事务

Qualifications Desired:

1. University or College with relevant degrees students 

2. Can come to office at least 4 days in a week 

3. Commercial or foreign trade related major is preferred 

资格要求

1、全日制大学本科以上学历

2、至少每周4个工作日

3、商业和外贸相关专业优先

Required Skills (Hardware, Software, Machine operations, etc.):

1. College education or above. 

2. Out-going and result-oriented, team player; 

3. Good personality and interpersonal communication skills; 

4. Good computer skills, such as PPT, Word and Excel, etc. 

技能要求

1、本科以上教育程度

2、和人相处融洽，具有团队合作精神

3、良好的品性和人际交往技巧

4、良好的计算机操作能力，如制作PPT、Word、Excel文档

Working Hours Desired:

1.The 1st year or 2nd year  Master/ students 

2.No less than 4 full days per week. 

3.No less than 6 months. 

时间要求：

1、2年级以上在校生

2、每周能够工作4天

3、能保证实习时间6个月以上的优先考虑
