Job Description

* Working together GM to design and develop a collection, having the best product, at the right time for the right price. Following market trends, historical data and current performance;
* Working together as the Brand team in making sure to provide innovation, clear statements and outfits in a commercial way to achieve the set turnover and margin targets;
* Working together with the Merchandising team to receive latest input on trends and developments;
* Working together with your suppliers to develop a collection that matches the target retail price and margin setting. Whilst having commercial prices at the right price-value equation;
* To align internally and give clear initial tech-packs to the supplier to achieve 1st time right samples;
* To receive and provide comments within 24 hours on samples in a clear communication way in order to reduce amount of samples needed;
* Maintaining all systems, immediately and accurately at all times

Desired Skills and Experience

* Studying for a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Fashion Design, knowledge of patternmaking and garment construction, preferred;
* Technical knowledge of fabric construction, finishes and techniques, and patternmaking;
* Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressured environment;
* Hard working, detail oriented and have a strong understanding of garment construction;
* Sense of urgency and ability to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
* Keen insight into innovation driving the fashion industry (textiles, manufacturing, technology, etc.);
* Fluent in English.
