职位描述

Responsibility:

To update job description for open positions；

更新招聘网站的岗位职责；

Resume selected；

简历筛选；

First round interview via telephone. 

首轮电话面试；

To communicate with line managers for candidates selection；

与直线经理沟通候选人筛选情况；

Prepare report upon request, attendance report, headcount, etc.

HR报告，例如考勤、人员等报告；

Other HR related task assigned by HR Manager.

HR经理分配的其他工作；

任职资格：

1．全日制本科在校学生，专业不限，2018年毕业(或是已确定保送研究生的学生)。

2．至少保证3个月以上实习期，毕业前能保证长期实习更好。每周3-4个整天实习时间

3．熟悉计算机办公软件操作。

4．热爱﹑喜欢人力资源相关工作，耐心强
