Position Overview

Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Intern to join in campus recruitment team. To enhance employer branding among target groups and drive volume qualified applicant to meet hiring requirements for significant business growth, especially coming campus recruitment begins at early September this year, the role will work closely with team members to be involved in the development and implementation of employer branding, social media, community and campus outreach, as well as marketing channel components planning, development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support to consolidate internal and external marketing sources

  Support to manage various social media platforms

  Support content management on different channels

  Support to develop and maintain creative assets and elements including our career website, flyers, brochures and other recruitment material

• Support to facilitate on-site/off-site campus recruitment when needed

   

Required Qualifications

• 4 working days or above per week commitment at least 6 months

• Major in Marketing, Communication, or English

• Quick learning ability and independent problem solving skills

• Exceptional communication skills (bilingual in Mandarin and English)

• Previous Internship experience in multinational corporation preferred

• Professional photo taking skills preferred
