Job Description:

1.       Support and facilitate the “GED2” system (Get Essential Documents system), which is the sharing platform contains the brand technical, design and brand standard core documents to ensure the product standard compliance, guest experience consistence in our franchised hotels.

This intern will play the role as “administrator” of the system and be responsible for system maintain, coordination with translation/localization companies, upload and update core documents, notify our business partner of such uploads so that they will have the most updated documents.

2.       Support Franchise division’s Distribution team and Brand Marketing team to review and optimize our franchise hotels’ online content marketing e.g. photos, hotel description, reviews, maps, rates…etc.
