The Intern will assist in daily Marketing work, including but not limited to, detailed follow-up in the following areas: 1) Management of on-property marketing spots 2) CRM data reporting and analysis 3) Marketing campaign planning support. This position will report to Senior Manager, Marketing and will be based in Shanghai.

实习生将协助市场经理的日常工作，包括并不局限于：１）协助度假区on-property点位，画面及内容维护及管理2）跟进消费者关系管理数据报告及分析3）协助市场推广活动计划。这个职位向资深经理， 市场部汇报，工作地点在上海。

Key Responsibilities

• Management of on-property marketing spots 协助度假区on-property点位，画面及内容维护及管理。

• CRM data reporting and analysis 跟进消费者关系管理数据报告及分析 

• Support marketing campaign planning协助市场推广活动计划

• Support administrative tasks assigned in Marketing team协助市场团队日常工作

• Additional support in other projects and activities within Marketing team 根据实际情况，协助市场团队内部其他项目和活动

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 本科及以上学历或者同等学历。

• Previous experience in marketing and project management preferred. 优先考虑有市场、项目管理经验者优先。

• Strong Integrity and Ethics with high degree of confidentiality. 极强的诚信与职业道德。

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. 关注细节，良好的组织内部沟通能力和人际关系处理能力。

• Great team player. 极强的团队合作能力。

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 有能力同时处理并完成多项任务，能够在快节奏的工作环境里独立工作。

• Ability to think in a holistic consumer centric manner, leveraging key insights from stakeholders across the organization and external agency partners. 能够站在消费者的角度全面思考问题，善于整合来自公司内外部关键合作伙伴的意见和建议。

• Good Presentation skills and thorough use of PPT. 良好的表达能力，并能熟练使用PPT。

• Excellent written and oral English and Chinese skills. 优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力。

• Able to work full time for at least 3 months. 能够全职工作至少3个月。
