Education:

Bachelor degree in optical or mechanical engineering

Skills:

1.Knowledge in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD or Pro-E), experience with SAP

2.Good English communication skills, both written and speaking.

Principle Responsibilities:

1 Responsible for assembly process realization and optimization (incl. documentation and technical training); standard process time; failure analysis and continuous improvement of assembly process

负责组装工艺的实现和优化，包括文档和技术培训;标准工时;失效分析和组装工艺的持续改进

2 Work with project team for new product transferring from R&D phase smoothly into ramp up phase

与项目团队一起实现新产品从研发阶段到量产阶段的转移

3 Maintain production BOM and routing in SAP, setting up assembly lines, design processes, prepare work instruction for new product; follow up ECN action in production.

维护SAP系统生产物料清单及工序，建立组装线，设计工艺，准备新产品工作指导书，跟进工程变更的行动

4 Provide technical advisory and training regarding assembly processes to assembly line

为组装线提供组装工艺方面的技术指导和培训

5 Trouble shooting and quality monitoring on daily production

日常生产中问题分析及质量监控

6 Development and design of assembly tools

开发和设计组装工具

7 Other duties, as assigned
